The instrumentation utilized to measurethe perceptions of student success and positive learning environment was a surveydesigned for the four sample groups (administrators, teachers, coaches, and students). The survey was developed based on Charlotte Danielson’s (2007) framework forteaching.Overall, the perceptions of creating a positive learning environment did not differfor teachers and coaches. However, there were group differences in the perceptions ofcreating a positive learning environment for coaches but not for teachers; the perceptionsof promoting student success in the classroom did differ for teachers and coaches;specifically, there were group differences in the perceptions of promoting student successin the classroom for coaches but not for teachers; the perceptions of teachers and coachescreating a positive learning environment did not differ overall, but did for promotingstudent success. en_US
